The 2026 temporary Regional Attraction and Retention Incentive is a significant investment aimed at attracting and retaining teachers and school administrators in regional and remote schools experiencing the greatest staffing challenges. Karratha SHS is an eligible school and this incentive is in addition to other terrific allowances you will receive in our region.

Payments will vary depending on location and other industrial incentives.
